Mark as Useful This person called me up saying that I took out a loan and didnt pay it back , company name "cash advances" , I didnt do this and I looked up the number and seen what others said and now I'm putting my store here. I called the cops and now have my credit flaged so if they try to use my name,ssc,or anything I can make a lawsuit on them. FYI if they call you do the same

Mark as Useful They say that they have legal documents pending to serve me. I told them to go ahead and serve me. They have no such documents, they try every trick in the book to scare consumers.

Mark as Useful 1st time call, they asked to put me on hold, I hung up on them, they call every day and never leave a message. They called a family member of mine and told them to have me call them back. I have never called them, they woldn't tell me what they wanted the first time, they don't get a second chance.
